Architect Ellen Watts, principal of Architerra, is a Zero Energy expert and passionate advocate for practical, high performance buildings and resilient planning. Watts also chaired Governor Deval Patrick’s Zero Net Energy Buildings Task Force. She will share design strategies she has used and performance data of award-winning Zero Energy public buildings her firm has designed.
