Mothers Out Front will host Tami Gouveia, representative of Middlesex 14^th district, for a Virtual Community Discussion on Climate.

Rep Gouveia will join us to discuss efforts to bring bold climate legislation to Massachusetts, including the recent passage of the Next-Generation Climate Bill. 

Rep. Gouveia is a strong advocate for action on climate change and environmental injustice. Early in her public health career, she conducted environmental health policy research, provided expertise to prevention coalitions, and supported advocacy efforts to protect children from exposure to environmental toxins. Since joining the state legislature, she has been a leader on key issues, such as Net Zero Building Codes and improved public transportation.

The 14^th Middlesex consisting of Concord, Carlisle, Acton (Precincts 1, 2, & 6), and Chelmsford (Precincts 1 & 9).
