Community Sharing: Decarbonize Your Home

The climate crisis has motivated many of us to explore ways – big and small – to reduce our climate impact and our dependence on fossil fuels. Did you know that our homes are significant contributors to climate change?

Join members of First Parish Brookline who will share examples of how homeowners, condo owners, landlords and tenants can transition off of fossil fuels through energy efficiency improvements, renewable energy, electric vehicles, and electric heat pumps that provide heating AND cooling. You will learn:

  • how to get started
  • how to access free resources through Mass Save
  • how to find equipment and systems that will be compatible with your home

Presenters include members of Brookline Mothers Out Front and First Parish Brookline, including Deane Coady, Elena Rippel, Sally Moore, Clint Richmond, Diane Sokal, Paul McLean, Perry Grossman and others.

Join us for a presentation from 7PM to 8PM and then 15 minutes of Q&A from 8PM to 8:15PM.
